Arkham Investigator's Wallet Downloads
Thank you for purchasing our Arkham Investigator's Wallet Prop Set. This private web page is exclusively for you to download printable, and in many cases customizable, PDFs of selected prop documents from the wallet. We are providing these PDFs so that you can replace items that might get customized by hand and/or might need to be replaced as a result of game play. We are not providing PDFs of all the items in the wallet, because some of them do not require customization, and some couldn't really be printed at home. The PDFs are meant to be printed on an ordinary home printer, and come with paper recommendations and finishing instructions. Since we have no control over what kind of printer or computer you might use, we cannot guarantee any particular results, but we'll do our best to be helpful if you run into trouble!

PLEASE NOTE: For best results, the prop PDFs should be opened in Adobe Acrobat. If you don't already have it, you can download it for free from Adobe. Trying to open these documents in your web browser, Preview or other applications can lead to very undesirable results, including font substitution and inexplicable print irregularities.
Propmaking Tools & Tips
Since people have all different kinds of printers and skill levels, these PDFs have been designed to print as simply as possible, on just one side of (usually) plain white US letter-size paper or card stock. (Our apologies to A4 paper users!) Some documents are double-sided, and these PDFs have been designed so you can print them single-sided and glue the front to the back. But if you have the ability to print double-sided, you can print "work and turn" style, just printing the same image on both sides of the paper, to avoid gluing the front to the back if you would prefer.
There are a few other tools you will find useful in finishing these props, all of which are readily and reasonably available from your local craft/hobby store or online. A sharp craft knife, a straight-edge steel ruler (with a non-skid backing), an ordinary glue stick, a perforating wheel, a standard hole punch and a corner rounding punch will be enough to see you through most of these documents. (You could use scissors instead of a craft knife, but it is virtually impossible to cut a truly straight line with a pair of scissors.) Please be advised: knives are sharp, glue is sticky, paper cuts can get infected, etc. Take care and have fun!

The Props
For this prop you will need a craft knife, a straight edge and a glue stick. (If you print "work-and-turn" style you can avoid the folding and gluing, but you will have to cut at the red lines as well as the black lines.) If you have access to a sewing machine, you can use that instead of a perforating wheel. Just sew a straight stitch along the perforation line without using any thread!

You can customize the number and date. Ideally this prop would be printed on newsprint, which you can often find in the form of doodle pads meant for children at art or office supply stores. Those pads are usually 9 x 12, so you'd have to cut it down to size to fit in a standard printer. This paper is very lightweight and can cause printer jams, so if you don't want to risk it just use ordinary white or light gray paper. Most of these props are password-protected PDF files. For best results, we suggest you open the PDFs in Adobe Acrobat. If you don't already have it, you can download it for free from Adobe. Many of the PDFs include customizable form fields. To avoid distracting blue rectangles, we recommend that you set the preferences in Acrobat to hide the form field highlighting. You can switch it off by going to Edit -> Preferences -> Forms, and tick off "Show border hover color for fields".
